THE FRANTOIO CIANCIA is a family-run Apulian company that has been operating since 1947 produces and markets extra virgin olive oils. Tradition, solid root on which the expert production of our excellent product is based territory. The innovation and research that each generation has been able to bring to improve production and quality processes. Passion, ingredient fundamental for every oil master. All originates in nature. Our task is to best preserve this heritage.
We grow and we take care of every single olive tree. We carefully select the cultivars from planting and we follow the growth of the tree until harvest, when magic happens. We process the olives using mechanical pressing processes cold within 5 hours of harvesting, we store the oil in steel silos a special temperature-controlled room. The oil is packaged and labeled the moment we receive the order, it is one of the best ways to best preserve its organoleptic properties and guarantee a product fresh and genuine. When open the bottles that you receive directly to your home and you can smell the same aromas that we breathe in the oil mill during pressing.
We are still in the historic headquarters in the heart of the town in Monteiasi (TA). A place that speaks of family tradition, first the great-grandfather in 1947 chose this place to build the first oil mill, a sometimes typically Apulian structure. Then the grandfather, who in 1967 decided to expand it to make it possible to store the oil and olives during the ''campaign'' period. Then, my father, who in 2013 further expanded the mill, bringing it to a surface area of 600 m2 and perfecting production by introducing the best cold extraction machinery on the market. Now I'm trying to create a virtual place that can tell the story of love, dedication and hard work that these walls preserve.
